I the afternoon, the clouds starts to set in.
Not for long, the clouds created a dull coloration. I took this when i am in the 3rd floor of Medic Block.
The Sky Loose its contrats.
However, it seems that it would not be raining today, as the clouds clear off and contrast sets in.
